Food security is not only a matter of agricultural production but also a reflection of social inequalities and vulnerabilities. Kafademi contributes to this field with research analyzing the need for food and access inequalities that arise especially after disasters. Our models, developed based on social needs analysis, aim to enable public institutions and aid organizations to make more effective and fair interventions. In this context, our cooperative produces models and frameworks that analyze the impact of digital technologies on food distribution and access, and develop social policy recommendations to protect the right to food.
